This community garage sale is a joint initiative of the Ironstone Lookout residents, ClansWest Development, Burrows Building and the Crowsnest Opportunity Development Co-operative.
In addition to items from the Ironstone Lookout residents, Clanswest Development has updated their showroom furniture and will be selling their existing furnishings. Burrows Building will be selling various construction materials, and the CODC will be selling various commercial and building materials. (ie: antique sinks, door frames, etc...)

Please take this opportunity to drop by and meet the Board members
and see the renovations that are already underway.



This will be your opportunity to learn about the investment, the role
you can play in the economic development of the Crowsnest Pass and
provide some input on future projects.
